1. User Agreement

By accessing and using KisMetallo's website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who wish to purchase our jewelry products including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, jewelry sets, and accessories.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. All transactions are subject to product availability and KisMetallo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Limitation of Liability

KisMetallo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our products
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Any third-party conduct related to our products
• Any other matter relating to our service

Our maximum liability for any claim related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on KisMetallo's website including designs, text, graphics, logos, and product images are the exclusive property of KisMetallo and protected by international copyright laws.

Customers may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any product designs
• Use our product images for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website

4. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry with original packaging and tags. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization
2. Ship the item back using a trackable method
3. Include all original documentation

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between KisMetallo and the customer.

If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in English and the decision shall be final and binding.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where KisMetallo is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. General Provisions

KisMetallo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
